Hi and welcome to my website! My training is strength based and focused on progression. This means, I design programs to help you get stronger and better over time. In addition to exercise I help my clients with their diets. Offering a full package ensures you see results and keep it!
I hold classes on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at 6:15am and 9:15am. If you would like to me to help you outside these class times please contact me directly.
The cost of classes per month is $50
Cost for 1-1 training is $50 for 45-50 mins.
