Beef teriyaki

Follow instructions for sauce from chicken stir fry recipe above.

1 lb of flank steak or any other steak of your desire. Season with salt and pepper. Cook on hot pan for 2-4 minutes each side. Set aside and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.

In the same pan you cooked steak add either frozen veggies or broccoli and mushrooms. Cook until tender. Don’t add more salt because the sauce is primarily soy sauce and the pan will hold flavor from the steak.

Add steak and veggies to teriyaki sauce and serve immediately over rice. Top with scallions and sesame seeds.
