Quinoa salad

1/2 cup Quinoa

Seasoning

Cherry tomatoes

Cucumbers

Red onions

Yellow or red pepper

Fat free feta cheese

Lemon juice

Cook quinoa by following instructions on box (remember to add seasoning if you get plain quinoa). Cool and set aside. In a mixing bowl combine all the other ingredients but lemon juice. Add quinoa and lemon juice, mix well and enjoy! Remember to add salt and pepper to the salad.
