Shrimp arugula salad

Arugula

Corn

Red onion

Lemon juice

Shrimp-already cooked or raw and season following instructions below

Marinade for shrimp:

Zest of 1 lime

Juice from 1 lime

1 tsp olive oil

Flat leaf parsley or cilantro

Salt/pepper

Marinate shrimp for 5 minutes or 5 hours. Heat pan add shrimp. Cook a few minutes each side until it’s pink. Couple minutes each side. Don’t overdo it. Top it on arugula salad.
