Fish - I like Turbot because it’s white and flakey, lower in fat but you can use any fish you would like.
Season fish and wrap in foil. Cook on grill for 10 mins until fish is flakey.
While fish is cooking clean, wash and trim asparagus. Add to pan and season with Salt, pepper, garlic powder. Cook covered for 4 mins and then uncovered for another 4 turning regularly. Cook until Asparagus is tender.
Top fish with favorite pesto sauce. Remember pesto is high in fat so stick with serving size. A little goes a long way.
