Ritz cracker with Hummus and Greek salad

5 Ritz crackers

2 tbsp hummus

1/4 cup cucumber

1 tbsp red onion

5 cherry tomato

1 tbsp fat free or low fat feta cheese

1 tbsp of lemon juice

salt/pepper

In a bowl mix cucumbers, red onion, tomatoes, feta cheese, lemon juice and salt/pepper. Spread hummus on the ritz crackers. Top each cracker with greek salad and enjoy! So easy and yummy. Beat part is it's macro friendly. 6.5g fat, 12g carbs, 4g protein. Stick with portion sizes to keep fat macros low.
