1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
splash of vanilla extract
Smash ripe banana in bowl using a fork. Add eggs and whisk. Add cinnamon and vanilla extract mix well. Pour into heated and greased pan, cook until bubbles form on the top (don't overcook) and flip. It shouldn't be more than another minute once you flip it. Serve with fresh berries and a teaspoon of pure maple syrup or whatever topping you prefer. Just remember to log it!
