You will be safely pushed with my workouts which are designed to burn maximum fat and calories, leaving you with a shredded and strong body.

Can’t make the workouts, no problem! You can join this challenge as a virtual client.  As a virtual client you will have access to the online workouts to do in the comfort of your home or gym. You will still receive your macro intake where you will track your intake through myfitnesspal.  In addition you will be part of the FB community page for support and guidance. Some of the best results have come from my virtual clients. Let me be clear, they worked their tail off and followed their plan.  They didn’t come up with excuses, they listened to my advice, pushed hard in their workouts and tracked their macros.  As a result, they had incredible results.  You can too.
